The service provided by Carol and her assistant Dorsey far exceeded our expectations. They sold a vacation home that was furnished but not lived in, and they watched it and checked in on it frequently. The marketing of the home, with drone photos, was impressive. They helped arrange contractors/service people whenever needed. They found us buyers for the golf cart and kayak that we were selling. They were wonderful to deal with throughout the whole process. The home sold extremely fast and at a nice price. If there was a 6th star, they would deserve it.

Carol Stewart is the consummate real estate professional, but, more important than that, she and her assistant, Dorsey, are women of integrity, dependability, judgement, kindness, and courtesy. It is a pleasure to work with them. It was a pleasure working with Carol and her assistant Dorsey. Carol represented both sides of our transaction as the listing agent and represented my family as the buyer's agent. She did a wonderful and professional job in fairly representing both parties. I have my broker's license in Ohio and very much appreciated how Carol managed her responsibilities to both the Buyer and Seller and would certainly be comfortable with her doing so in future transactions.
